Clients pay shipping based on USPS fees associated with a particular shipment.  Drat 'n Fire is not set up to make money on shipping, though it is difficult to have all estimated shipping costs be precisely what a given package costs to ship.  We attempt to predict, and charge the amount a package will cost.  If a customer feels we have not been fair they can send an email and we will address the issue.
